Hi ya,
I'm Shelley, 24, from Northern Ireland.
I am heading over to Australia on my own for a year
on 30 January 2008. I am booked on the all of oz 69
day tour. i have hardly ever camped and am excited and
scared about doing it, (normally if it doesn't have
4 stars i wont stay in it). But i am really looking
forward to experiencing new things and meeting new people.

Hello!
I'm Steve from Kent in the U.K. I will be going on the
walkabout tour starting july 9th from Perth. I'm really
excited already! This is my 2nd trek and the first one
I did in America in summer 2006 was the best experience
of my life.
I would really love to hear from anyone also on this
tour, or just anyone thinking of travelling to Australia
or New Zealand this summer. As I am hoping to go and
see some of New Zealand as well after the trek.

Denmark. I am booked on 'The Big Trek' departing on

Hello all
I'm Louise from the UK (Southeast England)
and appear to be quite elderly compared to the rest
of the messages at the advanced age of 31.
I am planning a tour round Australia
and New Zealand for a couple of months when I get made
redundant at the end of the year. I am booked on the
City to the Reef leaving Sydney 04 Jan 09, and when
I get the rest of the trip sorted will hopefully also
be going on the Red centre safari at the end of December
and the Grand island explorer leaving Christchurch 23
Jan 09. Not feeling too joyous at the prospect of lugging
my belongings round in a backpack and sleeping in a
dorm but hey I'll try anything once!

Hey Folks. My names Gary and I live
in Cumbria in North West of England. I'm booked on the
Grand Island Explorer departing out of Auckland on the
16th of June 2008. This is my 2nd trip New Zealand and
I really can not wait to get back, as it is a fantastic
place from it's tasty wines to the mind blowing Scenery
it is just a breath taking land to explore. I'm look
forward to meet all my fellow Trekkers real soon. But
in the meantime it would be great to hear from anyone
else who will be travelling with me oh are little outing.
